Please note we are often booked out a couple months in advance, so you may need to check further dates to find our first availability.

We do require a $100.00 deposit for holding patient appointment time slots. This fee will go towards the final cost of the visit. This fee is fully refundable if you need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment for any reason.

When scheduling, we highly recommend using a computer or laptop to schedule your appointment, as the mobile version can be glitchy at times. Please be sure to click “Confirm” after inputting your appointment information to save your time slot. You should receive an email confirming your appointment.

Your confirmation email will allow you to create your Charm Portal account and complete the online intake forms. Please complete your intake forms as soon as possible, as they are time-sensitive and can time out. Again, this is best done on a computer, not on a mobile device.

If your forms are not done before your appointment, we will not have consent for treatment and this will require you rescheduling to a later date. If you do not receive a confirmation email or you are having difficulty scheduling, please message us at (509) 584-5344.
